Part 1 - Overview

Part 1 presents a high-level NESI overview to provide awareness for a variety of users including Government program managers and DoD contractors who are designing and building information systems that conform to the net-centric environment. The NESI Net-Centric Implementation documentation supports an enterprise architecture and technical implementation guidance. The architecture provides an enterprise structure and context for building mission capabilities. Use Part 1 in all phases of the acquisition process.
